The Allied security guard actually walked someone up and got them served before us and we were waiting for 2 hours. This person sat down next to us over a half hour after we arrived. There's a lady there named Pam who is miserable. There was a glitch in their number system so and I went up to ask she got rude and continued to talk about me as I was standing up there waiting. Sending a formal complaint to Springfield and Allied for the horribly unprofessional service provided at this office. In this day and age is not necessary to be rude. Pam do yourself a favor and quit you're a terrible customer service representative and probably just a horrible person all the way around.
